The comparison chart is about Fiber vs PU, not ABS vs PU.

Personally I feel that ABS is much better. If I'm not mistaken, it is expensive than fiber and PU, it has better look when apply paint on it, smooth surface, unlike PU.

Nowadays most of the car bumpers are made by ABS, correct me if I'm wrong.
