Alright putting the dubious penalty decision aside, the first half performance of the team was really poor. Too many sloppy passes and the defence was shaky. Pompey gave us a tough fight. Though I never expect such a swing in momentum at second half.
There are quite a few bright points in this game. Valencia is one of them. His electrifying pace has terrorised the pompey's defence. He's quick isn't him? Another player worth mentioning is Kusczak. I am always baffled by SAF decision to play foster ahead of him. He has definitely proven his capability in this game. Him > foster as 2nd goalie anytime. Lastly, congrats to giggs for scoring his 100th EPL goal. Scholes is the next to follow. |

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention Rooney. Credits to him for converting most of the chances. Hopefully the hat trick will boost his confidence and serves as a start of his scoring streak.

QUOTE(IcyDarling @ Nov 30 2009, 03:05 AM) Nope. It goes like this.If Real happen to lose the match--------> their president will think that their squad is not strong enough-----------> big money will be splashed to purchase new talents--------> Nani sold for 50m = win |
