Animated GIF image as Wallpaper in Vista

How do I use an animated GIF image as wallpaper in Vista so that my wallpaper moves...
In XP, I can select "all file" in the menu to choose GIF file but in Vista only have "image file" and it don't consider GIF as image file.. |

For vista, right click on the gif wallpaper and click set as desktop wallpaper

For non-ultimate, you need to use 3rd party software.
