move your excalibur to exhaust back.
stock fan pull back to side..
bottom intake sufficient enuf to supply air for gc
that area hot because of the stock cooler nature. the hot air going up and down from the heatsink.
top exhaust 2x 120 fan not ideal unless u cut the plastic honeycomb on the top bazel if not air flow will be restricted and stray back down from the excess holes that are not covered by the fan.
if don't wan to cut the plastic honey comb. opt for 2x 140cm fan instead.
final solution. time to change CPU cooler =)

I can see from your spec, your rig is running hot.
It is better to have a bigger case with great airflow. Like the HAF 922.
Your GTX 470 can have a very high temperature if your case don't have a proper airflow.

HAF922 got dust filter?

test on the power pin on board 1st see whether it works or not.
by connecting the power pin positive with negative, just a touch then computer will start already.
