Well you have to take into account those having multiple accounts for each person. Like me, I have 5 PSN id and 2 XBL gamertag.

1 think i find it funny is that those people mod and then play ori only? Then whats the point of modding it in the 1st place?

And those people got ban would always go back to xbox because of their Live service and i bought xbox because of that service.

Well for online I will still go for xbox and is worth paying for the serivce eventhough is not official. For Ps3, I think from the era of Ps2, single player is still the fun factor compare to Xbox.

Well there is call the warranty claim. Unless your drive died after the 3 years then yes you have no choice but to do a swap. But there is a few theory within it
1. For a console came with a samsung drive, the rate of getting 3rod is higher. So I might assume 3rod came before your lens died. If you have done x-clamp, then the warranty will be void so you have no choice to swap the drive.
2. If cant get a samsung drive so you have no choice but to use other drive to spoof it. Well, we humans ( Mostly ) always look at the bad side 1st so MS taught that you mod the firmware which they ban you since the drive did not match their database. There is no way to proof otherwise but it all comes down to 1 question for them

Why didn't you get a warranty claim? This the question MS will ask. And yes warranty claim isnt cheap but if you use Cost benefit analysis, in the long run, the warranty claim is better due to x-clamp is temporary solution.

1. Its a cat and mouse game and MS is not completely locking your system away. They just took away their service and protecting their rights which they do have the rights to do it. You taken the risk to mod and so you should understand the consequences clearly.

2. For those comparing console, stop it okie? Both have pros and cons and that's how life works about. Nothing is perfect. If you want to compare, why don't bring PC into comparing? Because that beats the crap out of every gaming system there is in the market. So grow up and stop being a fan boy. Own both system then you will understand more. If you don't have resource, then try it somewhere before you make your own comment about dissing the system.
