Hi I hope someone can help me to calculate how much the legal fees and other charges if any. I hope I post in the right place. I am intending to buy a secondhand house in Taman Sri Rambai, BM. it cost around $86K. (single storey) It is old house and the owner willing to sell to me. I heard that the total fees will be above 5K. Please let me know roughly how much I have to pay and where can I get a lawyer to handle it near BM. Thanks.
