Dear RE Experts, iam a expat and like to settle in ipoh mysia. i got an offer for a residential land in bandar baru sri klebang IPOH - ( The Grand Retreats )which is around 8000 sqft for RM 200000 . what are pros and cons of choosing this area. Is it worth to invest here or is there any other place in ipoh which might be better bet.

iam buying a land in there to build a house in a course of 1 yr time to settle myself, in the mean time if i find a better area around ipoh i want to sell this for good rate. thats y
