Both nothing to do with this sharp unit.
Edge is the placement of back light. Local dimming is not the backlight placement.. |

Does that means the LED doesn't turn off meaning it's on all the times...?
--> it's dimming as whole not portion. Reviewer said the only advantage this unit have is better power consumption coz LED used lower power. |
