Just came back from watching Avatar (in 3D) earlier today. Many a time I left my mouth agape while watching this flick. Story was average and the action & AQ were f-good. But it's the visual effect, CGI and overall look that left me astonished especially through 3D 

But the real amazement here is the "uncanny valley" syndrome when watching this flick... truly left me confused yet amazed!!!

Sometimes I wonder if the 3D in cinemas are really true 3D .... bluray not released in 3D eg. most animation movies are shown with 3D in cinemas
