The far left one is for N64, those on the right are SFC games. 5 more games and I can reach another milestone rclxm9.gif

Been playing this JRPG called Marica for the Sega Saturn last night. It turns out to be pretty interesting despite the fact it requires huge amount of Japanese knowledge to understand (which I don't sweat.gif)

If only there was no Sega CD Snatcher (the only English version, and very not financially friendly too) I would have gotten Snatcher as well cry.gif

The problem is with the cartridges, not the Gameboy tongue.gif

You can always change the battery yourself though nod.gif

Hi all,

I got one big issue here.

Recently I just purchased a couple of PS2 games. After I put the disk into the tray and try it out abit, the disks gets scratched! It's not bad scratch, just like the condition is sort of from 95% to 85%.

After that, I don't dare to try again.

Please advice whether I should repair my phat PS2, or I should get a new one?

Here are the issues I found on the phat PS2:
1) When switch on, the start-up sound "disappeared" for like 1 - 2 seconds.
2) The memory card slot 1 is very loose and can barely recognized my original memory card.
3) Both the controller slots fail to recognized my 3rd Party controller (maybe its the controller issue).
4) When the tray comes out, there is a sound come out at the more inside part of the tray, the sound is like the tray and the gap is scratching each other or the gap is too tight for the tray to comes out.
5) Of course, the disk scratch issue
6) I got a suspect that the lens and chip got some issue too. When read one of the old disk I have, the sound is scary, like "tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk".

Please advice.

Better just buy a new one.. fixing one isn't exactly cheap and may or may not solve all the problems.

NT, the console is new?

If really risky, have to ask friend to bring back a PS2 from US haha.

it was a second hand one. not sure the age though.

bringing back from US is a good choice if you can find ppl to carry for you.. with the current exchange rate its a great bargain.
