as i know is android 2.1 ( X10 was android 1.6 ) , 3.7 inch touch screen (capacitive ??) , 5mp camera , 800hz processor .... wink.gif

OS can update one, not a problem..
important to compare is the hardware inside, like the processor & graphic chipset etc.
this x10 great on it scratch-resistant screen also...
