btw i know the easy way now...
just use universal androot 1.6.2 beta 5 and root explorer ... when u in root explorer press mounted r/w that way u can edit |

noo like this u need to to off the phone for awile eg 5-10 sec then hold the back key before plug in the cable...until seus inform u to release the back key
