For xperiaX10, i notice for typing sms when typed over 3sms length it auto change to mms? How to solve this problem, i wan send by sms instead of mms

Yea when it change to mms after 3sms is kind or irritating and mms always has delay in sending. Anyone how to prevent it from changing to mms?
Btw is there any application to locked access to messaging and photo video all this?

I never update since I brought the phone. I know they write when update data will be lost but will everything be lost? How to backup for application?

How to backup ur application? It possible to backup ur music, pic, video etc. But what about application? It stored at phone memory at default.

Bascially is just the screen size. Spec wise about the same if i not wrong.

I got about the same problem as you. Sometime when I want to use my phone, I tried pressing the home button or the lock button, the light at the home button light up but the screen just dont light up. Had to take out battery and put it back then can.

Eh i got the same prob with contacts too, its restoring up very slow but still no contacts. Luckily I back up my contacts in SIM Card and SD Card and I import from it and it works (:

If I not wrong is the data traffic, since there wrote receive and send data. Disable it and I can't browse interent, so should be that.

P.S When I plug in my phone to the computer, the sony ercisson PC Companion pop out stating that the phone is detected and show the steps to mount and I close that. But every few minutes it keep pop out, what to stop that thing from popping out =/

I got problem with battery too. I charge my phone using com and it stuck at 87% for a few hours without moving. After that I charge my phone via power supply and using my phone at the same time and battery % still dropping while charging ._. And after like 40min of using my phone while charing, battery percent then start increasing after dropping for about 7%.

Yes battery indicator is already installed since I update to 2.1. But still sometime while charging and using my battery can drop from 70% to 60% before rising.
