Upgrade is only ver 2.1 by that time ; by then other androids htc phones and nexus would have ver 2.2 already available for upgrade . It is a great pity that this Sony model does not support multi touch even on ver 2.1 . You will realize your loss when you compare browsing on it with the htc models and nexus

I cannot comment for this X10 but using such task killer is never any issue on my Nexus - no such thing as wifi disconnection

Flash 10.1 will be in ver 2.2. The X10 only upgradeable to ver 2.1 in Sept - for ver 2.2 no one really knows when available for the X10
