i just got reply from sony ericsson centre ..... the answer is .....

Dear sir or madam,

with regard to your enquiry, we would like to inform you that Sony Ericsson X10 will be available in Malaysia by Middle of April 2010.

Please contact Sony Ericsson Contact Center again should you need any further assistance.
