patiently waitin for 2.1

now is almost november dy...looks like SE is either planning smth big with the update or they are delaying it and taking their sweet time..

don't worry their 2.1 has just been approved by the telcos....rumors saying that 25/10 Uk region wiil be the first one to get the update...

anyone able to use GPS 3rd party software like sygic,iGo and Ndrive working on your X10?

NDrive work well on X10 but the map not up-to-date. Using PAPAGO right now.

seeing how SE drop off their satio line from firmware update considering that it is their flagship cameraphone, am a bit skeptical about SE...

well, all they need is to provide the latest android update (Eclair 2.1) and this definitely can give Desire a run for money..

T.T sad case.. i just get my NEW MxxxS Bill, DaTa charge at max RM 250.. this happen after i format my phone and install papago X5 and the DXtop and others apps that i been using.. sadly, i have to pay extra.. is tis mean papagoX5 will use alot on my data if i active it?? do any one of u having this issue?

SE is really messing with our heads If you think X10 isn't capable of supporting multitouch due to hardware limitations, think again X10 IS multitouch capable!

Even though it does support multitouch SE won't apply it on Eclair 2.1, the link just shows the multitouch test which could be done if it has hardware support but without software support from SE it's as good as no support

errr..meaning to say, the Elair 2.1 got multitouch onot?..perfected with this update?..or still needa wait for another update to properly use the multitouch?...i must say, SE updates are reli slow to come by..too slow for anyone's comfort for that matters.

ya,they keep pushing the problem back to us, saying is my phone problem n very confirm to answer there is no other causes can be come like that ...
for my previous case, they tell me i have exceed 100mB from my 500mB date package.. which means i total usage of 600mB for that months, so for every 1kb they charge me RM0.005 cents.. lucky for maxis have a maximum charge on data usage is RM 250, wht ever u use more than it, they still charge RM 250 max.

there for, i activate my data package on 1.5G again, it charge me RM 78 per month
i will give maxis 1 more month of try... if it come again.. damn i gonna go screw them at the centre..

Added on October 24, 2010, 8:26 pmso now im using a software name stats, as it can monitor my data, call, msg, wifi usage , n able to set limit on our usage as warming. hopefully i can get a better result..

part of me always died inside while reading in this thread.. such a great phone , really is! ( i nearly bought one! ) n yet the support from SE is really almost non existantly slow ( if that make any sense ). btw that multitouch vids is that official? people here are waiting for 2.1 n yet the rest of android world are anticipating the hot-baked-to-perfection gingerbread

sigh..
