Since all Pioneer AVR sifu @ here.. please help me......

Im planning to UPGRADE my Home Theather Amplifier, Now my HT Set is -
PSB B15 (Front)
Klipsch RC-62(center),
Velodyn CHT 10Q(SUB)
Yamaha RX-v440 Amp
Mclaren Suround

I just bought the Klipsch RC-62, so now thinking to change my AVR - Im looking for Pionner VSX919 / 920 / 1020 - before I choose one of that, I have to confirm few things 1st - the old model VSX919 is deliver more Power Output (140w/ch) compare with the new model VSX920 (125W/ch). So. is it important that looking for Power Output, since that is a new version model?? because I also target to change my front speaker to RF-62(floorstand), so is it need more Power Output AVR to run with the large speaker?? really don't know about it...

VSX-920 vs 1020 - Any different?? What I read is just a HDMI Input only... but the price is different about RM500..

If your future RF-62 uses more than 140 w/ch, then get the 919 (or get the newer LX series) because the 1020 will auto shutdown if you peak it. But if the RF-62 does not use more than 140 w/ch at peak, then the 1020 is the right choice.

Yesterday I just bought the Pioneer VSX-920 :-

The Advanced MCACC is good , but the sound ivolume is very LOW if compare with my Old Yamaha RX-V440, The master volume have to adjust to -13.0db and my Old Yamaha RX V440 just need around -28.0 to -30.0db only, is it normal?? is it because of HD sound(HDMI)

But the sound is much much better compare with my Old AVR.. I Love it..

Anyone can help

RF-62 will be my next target , but have to wait money money come in 1st , than my PSB B15 will be under suround... (this will be my last upgrade item for my hometheather for at least (3yrs)

BTW, is it because my suround too small(weak), than the Pioneer VSX-920 - the advance MCACC have to set my center, front speakers & Sub to very low volume (-6db to -11db) & my suround is +8db. That y, my master volume have to set under -18.0db to built up the sound

Correct?? anything will be happen to my speaker or AVR if I still louder the master volume to below -18.0db??
