Hey, need some recommendations, looking for 2.1 for PC, budget should be around RM250, don't really mind second hand as long as it's good, and don't need to boomy bass, just okay enough will do, what's the best I can get for my budget?

I've juggled around a couple, but mainly thinking about either M3300, C3, or VS4121. Which one would be better? C3 I know is overbudget, so is it really, really worth the top up?

Thanks!

Hmm, okay thanks, just wondering if in Edifier C2, there are connections for RCA audio? Just curious.

So, I guess it's C2 then, I saw someone here selling used for RM180, it's quite a deal, I take it? What's the market price for this?

Thanks again.

Hi, I'm looking for a good 2.1 set, budget somewhere around 150-170. So far, I've narrowed it down to a couple of speakers, but dunno which one can perform better.

- Edifier E3100, M3200, M3100SF, M3400, or Logitech X-230

If need I criteria, I'd say good bass, but clear, not boomy, and don't really care about design.

Also, iinm, I heard people said that E3100 is the best 2.1 under rm200? Is that true?

for the same price I'd recommend you Edifier E3100

didn't really trust divoom that much as I don't know how well the warranty goes
logitech is okay but edifier e3100 beats it easily

but if you insist on buying only divoom speaker then the voom 2 is great too

If in a direct comparison of sound quality ignoring price, which would be better, e3100 or voom2? What if the focus is in terms of bass details? And which of them would have a more punchy bass? Thanks!

they both have different sound signature. you have to test to know the difference

edifier got bandpass subwoofer
divoom got dual sealed enclosure subwoofer

so...yea

Okay, today went to Sri Computers to test, can't seem to decide between E3100 or Voom2, seems really similar to me, maybe E3100 has quite a bit more detailed bass, and is also quite punchier, which is strange, cos I thought band pass is supposed to be muddier than sealed box subs? Did anyone else manage to check out both speakers too? Cos maybe it's my imagination/confusion, since both speakers located quite far apart, cannot "remember" the sound very well in between... Thanks!

How does the mids and highs of Edifier C3 compare to the M3300?

I understand that both are from different price ranges, but i'm just trying to determine how good is the C3, and from what I've heard, the M3300 got really amazing mids and highs...

Also, how is the bass of the C3? Is it muddy or boomy or detailed?

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap 2.0 or a 2.1 system with a tiny sub, preferably under rm150. Space and price are the main considerations, but the sound hopefully is still okay sounding. Any recommendations?

is Edifier E3100 small enough for you?

if not give Edifier M1380 and Edifier M1360 a try

I've thought about it, and I guess it's still too big. I'm using the E3100 for my other PC. Definitely too big.

I was considering R20 for a while, since the sub is really small, but in the end decided it's still quite big to me.

So I guess I'm just limited to 2.0 systems then. How about if I increase the budget to RM200? Used is also fine. Are there any okay enough 2.0 systems around that price range?
