few possible rewards for participation. if you want to win more round, ask your friends that you have chance to beat to join as well. if 16 spot not enough, i'll increase them to 32 spot cup.

I think its a great idea if we can make a group of people like this.. maybe LYN private cup every week:P.. anybody keen with this??

but, I think some of you think that it is not very fair for me and choy89 to play in this cup (or even abg ranau) because we have higher Q players then the rest.. how if we set that max avg line up Q for each cup been set earlier??

as example, if this week cup max Q been decided to be Q73.. then each team need to prepare a line up of player up to Q73.4 in avg only.. if your team can't possibly get to the avg Q for this cup, try to make it as closed as possible to this figure.. I think this will increase the fun in this game plus it also increase the chance for other teams for winning the cup:)..

don't mind me. go for Q80 and below teams. Q90 teams like me have our own agenda during weekends (humhum)

you can also create free cup, put password, and ask participants to pay 1 credits each. it's better than paying 2 credits for normal cup.

div 4 is quite hard to score more then 2 goals lol.. but my lone signing currently became one of the best and most improved player this season

div 4 still okla, sometimes depend whether ur midfield can pump more hard passes to ur strikerse or not. In div 3, hard to even score 1 goal and hard to avoid bocor more than 2 goals! Right now I'm 2nd last of the table . Torture sial.

On bright side, since kena hammer like rain, my GK had heaps of improvements. After 10 rounds of matches, my GK had +11 increase of stats already.

Anyway I wan to sell some of my players...

mine is "terbalik" than you.. my defender is so-so only, I'm lucky because my keeper is quite good even though he is very old..

Huhuhuh....kena belasah 4-0 in tonight's match lol. Even though i put shooting preference as Only when safe, still got 0 shots on goal even though got 2 attempts....

huhu..climbed into top 2 in my division now..tough matches coming..
hope i could maintain my spot(within top 3) until the end of this season since top 1 is a hard spot for me to climb.

Top of my division.. 0 lost still.. got 1 human team in 2nd spot with 0 lost as well.. our last match end up a draw at his place.

Marzuki got his long overdue hattrick.. it seems that separating him from his normal strike partner made him a little bit blunt..

Still, things looks rosy for me currently. 6 human teams in my division.. A good practice before division 3 I think.

I need new coaches lol..dont think my current coaches are up to the task for this division. Gonna fire them all end of season if I got promote.

Not sure whether kind of lucky or what.. Joined Managerleague late Nov last year.. Just few matches and become top of 5th div.

Got such a wonderful experience while in 4th Div. Manage to be top in last 2 games with average stats 71 only.

Then..

Div 3 soooo tough.. I'm the lowest stats of all. Struggling to past bottom 3 now...

Do you guys consider to upgrade the youth Academy or rather focus on Training Facility for improvement? It seems my youngster much better based on 2 seasons.

Upgrade youth academy ensure the youth you gain each season have higher min Q.. Upgrade training means your current team benefited more.. if you got old players .. going for youth are better ... then improve training so your young team can benefit later on.. if you got a young team already.. go for training ground is better.

IMHO laar .. its still your decision to make.

What your team name? Later can add as friend there .. I rarely see others tho ... so cant have friendlies with them..

Anyone who want to have friendly with me can just challenge me in the morning before the training at 9 am (server time).. I will return those match. Night match later cant swap team ..

if there are an excellent coach, don't fire them.. because the salary for 4th div coach is higher then 5th div.. as long as you keep them, you only need to pay the same rate when you sign them until you renew their contract.. but if you really want to fire them, make it before you got promoted, because div 3 coach demand higher salary..
don't worry too much bout that.. is not easy to survive at div 3 if you just got promoted.. for me, i'll not bother bout those academy or training facility as long as I have enough money to upgrade stadium capacity, restaurant, shop to maximum.. those is your main source income.. bout others, I'll worry bout them after I finished upgrading those 3:)

They all average coach .. btw.. do they improve players or team actually?.. because for some reason my team training isnt going up as fast as before.
Its take 10 rounds for my defend training to go up 1 point .. that with 2 slot of defend training every round.

if they are just an average coach, sack all of them and replaced with the excellent one.. its worth your money.. do it before its too late..
