time and time again, i have told you. M6 & M7 isnt for malaysia.
and i'm going to offer this one last time,
IF you have purchased the ORIGINAL through maction, show me proof of your purchase, i will personally teach you how to dump MFM maps into M6 or M7 the right way. bear in mind this is only a temp solution with bugs.
poi's wont be extensively searchable and the roundabout icons will still be taiwanese's left hand drive mode. so would some voice prompts.
we begin our journey into a roundabout using clockwise method. Taiwanese on left hand drives are the total opposite.
so ......... show me the proof that it is original that you have purchased, and i will tell u how and what to dump.
Added on July 7, 2010, 11:50 pmapart from that, if you hadnt purchase an original M6 or M7 or X5 or X3, please carry your illegal discussion elsewhere.
lowyat's r&r is on the top.
Alright since you gave me an assurance that it will in fact work. I will buy it but before that, there is few last question in mind which i hope you dont mind answering. Please bear in mind that i have been a long term user of Mobile XT and is only forced to migrate to Papago because of Android, so i am really skeptical of software other than garmin. You know what i mean.

1. How are the details of the maps/POI compared to the Garmin counterpart of MFM? (Comparing the same dated map of course, since papago MFM is last updated at April)
2. How easily searchable are the addresses? On Mobile XT, it's very very easy. I hope it is the same on Papago.
3. Is it in english by default? Because i can't read chinese.
4. Is there a pinch zooming support (multitouch)?
5. What are the 2 downfall you mentioned, i know it's nothing major but still i'm curious?
6. What actually cause the MFM Papago to be suspended? Are you confident that it will be resumed? I don't care when, just as long as it will be back. I just want some re-assurance so i won't buy this software only to head into dead end of map updates.
Thanks in advance!
