I have already renamed it to NaviSEA, doesn't work either. There's only a map folder containing all the maps in my folder, I downloaded the maps from malfreemaps forum...

I'm gonna try out the 5 files from Papago official site now.

dun put in sdcard. put in internal memoery.

guys,

i've managed to install the trial version of X5 into my Froyo Desire. as with previously mentioned, i have that annoying *clapping* at each voice prompt.

i have also noted a few readers here saying that they managed to resolve that issue, but have not been saying how they managed to get it resolved. If it cant be resolved without switching to Cantonese, the i dont think it's money worth spending paying for the license to buy a buggy product.

Anyone care to share how they sort this bug out?

can you check if inside got 600x1024 folders.
mine only got 480x854, and can't work on galaxy tab.

Nope..
Why the navigation system not support AGPS?
Because of the accuracy of AGPS is not reliable enough, so Papago will not use.

sorry for asking such a noob question but how do u move files from external SD into the internal SD card? trying to move the naviSea folder into the internal SD card for my galaxy tab but dont seem to be able to
*
use "My Files",
navigate the tree in the left pane until you see NaviSea on the right pane,
Click the "Select" button,
Tick the naviSea folder,
Copy button will appear, click copy
then on right panel , navigate to "Root", and click paste.

If you get error message "unsupported resolution : 480x720", you need to do the spare parts fix
http://www.engadget.com/2010/11/05/samsung...-full-screen-h/

if you get error message "unsupported resolution : 600x1024", you just copy all the 480x854 folder and paste it as 600x1024 (or just rename all the 480x854 folders as 600X1024 might do)

hi i do not understand what you mean on the quote of

"if you get error message "unsupported resolution : 600x1024", you just copy all the 480x854 folder and paste it as 600x1024 (or just rename all the 480x854 folders as 600X1024 might do)"

would you pls explaint into details and will thanks a million on it..
*
coz papago is searching for folder named "600x1024", and it is missing from your NaviSEA.
connect your SGT with PC, search for all folders named "480X854" and renamed it as "600X1024"

that will work. but the button location is a bit off.

Sorry to be a noob but after doing the full screen thingy and renaming the 480X854  to 600X1024, when i launch the program,I will see the PAPAGO X5 logo for awhile and the screen turns dark..did I do anything wrong?
I can still hear the porgram running but the sceen is just blank
*
u using galaxy tab?

try duplicate the 480x854 as 600X1024 instead (not rename). coz i did like that.
