yeah.. i've sent them couple of emails. I don't think they will be able to do anything.. according to what i see so far, the one they have packaged for us in PC Fair, is SEA version.. is not version 3.0

now it makes me kinda regret getting HTC Tattoo..

HTC Tattoo guys... pls don't purchase it.. probably i am thiking of selling this off now to magic or hero ppl

OK, here's what I found after buying a copy at PC fair yesterday.

I ran it over Donut ROM (Cyanogen 4.2.6) - it force closes when I launch it. (Latest Cyanogen 4.2.7.1 also wont cut it)

So I re-flashed it back to Cupcake ROM (Magic with HTC Sense) and it works.

Conclusion: It works on 1.5 (Cupcake) version of Android. Tattoo is on 1.6 (Donut), I doubt you'd have anyway to get it up at the moment unless you go up to the extend of flashing it back to 1.5. As HTC ROMS is going Eclair (v2 Android) soon, I'm sure papago would need to release their software in par to support that. Return or not, it's up to you... just my dua sen... smile.gif

Anyway if you're on Donut, why not try Google Navigator at the moment while waiting, just that it doesn't have those fancy gfx and never know speed traps and one way streets laugh.gif

Well, it doesn't work for me....

I'm running Cyanogenmod 4.2.13 and the same problem occurs... what about the rest of the donut devices ?
