HDMI Cable Quality?, Really make a diffrent?

Can anybody tell which Tesco in KL/PJ has stock of this HDMI cable now? I went to Tesco Cheras and Kajang, both no stock. Maybe Low Yat forumers have sapu all the Tesco HDMI cables!

Saw no-brand HDMI cable in Sri Computer, Low Yat at RM20. Think should be OK.
