HDMI cable only have 4 types.

1. Standard speed cable
2. Standard speed cable with Ethernet
3. High speed cable
4. High speed cable with Ethernet.

Those HDMI 1.3, 1.4, 2.0 standard are hardware spec, not cable spec, and these spec are built into the TV, Bluray Player, Media Player, Graphic Card, Projector, so no need worry on anything that concern.

If the maximum resolution is just 1080p, Standard speed cable is more than enough.
If you have a 4K TV, then you must use high speed cable.

Down to the cable itself, all HDMI cable bundled with the branded Bluray player, from now on are High Speed cable with Ethernet.
All cheap cable now are High Speed cable with Ethernet too, just that the labeling itself is not clearly marked.

Clarification need to be given as a lot of shop just ask people to buy the most expensive cable without even knowing where there are only 4 types of cable.

Cable length within 10 meter, all cable will doing fine for Full HD 1080p TV.
For 4K, then "High Speed" cable is needed.
