no money bro right now. and i just got into fight with my mom over my gf. yesterday my gf borrowed me all her money to buy my new processor and motherboard, and i told her i'd pay her next week or the week after that. then suddenly wants the money back at least 1/2 because she wanted to do her spectacles today with her parents. she was quite afraid of her parents, so, she didnt tell them that she borrowed all her money to me.

then my mom gotten angry because where the hell we can find such money so fast? at last i had to use my money to go into UNITEN to pay her.

then my mom said "enough is enough". well there are some things happened before this also, and almost every of the problems must have been directly or indirectly involving her parents. rclxub.gif

so right now i dont know whether i can buy the Asus or not, judging from my current family financial situation i guess i have to wait longer sad.gif

deploy thousands of square kilometers of solar panels in the space, which can receive 5 times more power than if deployed on the ground, and transfer the energy back to Earth with laser or microwave and receive with a gigantic satellite dish on a large body of water (eg sea or large lakes)...

the scientists are looking at a 1 billion watt system, which is equivalent to a medium nuclear power plant, and deploy by 2030, with electricity cost 6 times less than current lvl...

that pretty much sums up everything... nod.gif

let's hope they won't build a Memento Mori as well... laugh.gif

well, i believe they need to concentrate the beam in order to obtain maximum energy so since the beam is concentrated, i think only the receiver station get roasted

If the Japan build the Memento Mori, i think most of the country in the world would fear them sad.gif

Well, a good solution for nuclear but the beam (as in microwave beam/laser beam) must be harmful for human...still need some protection hmm.gif..

Added on November 8, 2009, 7:50 pmMaybe they can create a shield for the beam...
