Dear Mr Yap ,

after around 3 weeks waiting time , finally my laptops is back from your warranty department , the lcd , battery and mainboard already exchanged , kinda happy when 1st to see the laptops to on normally . But looks like the happy cant last longer than 1 hour, when i on my facebook application ( restaurant city ) , the laptops turn off directly , 1st i though it was because of no more battery power . but i plug on the adapter and on it again .. now it cant even hold till i login to my account to load the windows , the machine already turn off .. then the more interesting part happen, after a few attemp the laptops doesn't even have display anymore. now the laptops are officially died. I know it might not be a problems of your service department, but i'm kinda dissapointed after a 3 weeks diagnose it still have problems, thats why i am asking your department to exchange the graphics card for me at the 1st place, now even a normal graphics application it cannot run and died. I will send in the machine on monday again, i do hope benq service center will give a better resolution this time, as you still need to send in the machine for another 2 to 3 weeks time waiting .. isn't it ?? ~

plus , after i sending back the machine , the bluetooth not function at well .. thanks
