i see, just found out that my screen only allow me to set either 59 or 60...

fab, can say so..it's more like 60hz means the monitor can refresh itself 60 times in a second, displaying 1 frame each time..that's why when u hit 60fps, u feel like ur game damn smooth like that..basically anything above 60fps is performance waste la, in the case of typical monitor

120hz, well, double the typical monitor refresh rate

120Hz = 120FPS
