I bought a 1900 mAH portable charger from this seller and noticed it is quite obvious a second hand unit.

Firstly, it has scratches on the back. One of them was deep.
Secondly it has some stain on the bottom part, which is impossible caused by the stickers to protect the charger.
Thirdly, the battery is already charged up to 3/4 when i check the power indicator.

What the hell, new chargers already charged up to 3/4? And he calls this new. I asked for a solution, he came up with a lot of reason and finally asks me to go back to his shop.

This is a warning to u guys out there. It may be only RM55, but it doesnt mean he can treat customers this way.
