BOSE and Klipsch, no response

Just wanna blow out my dissapointment. I send enquiries to BOSE (ATLAS) and KLIPSH(TAT CHUAN) via email. But for many days no response. I cant believe this as they represent some good products. I wanna buy some speakers from both Bose and klipsch as a gift for a friend and well...........they dont bother.
It is just so dissapointing.i cant walk in as i live 500km from their showroom and can only do online purchases. And i bought stuff from atlas, highwaylaser etc before. Best service i would say from highwaylaser.The guy arranged everything even when he's on holiday abroad.
Just blowing my steam here.Anyone have such experience?

Never deal with them before. For Klipsh, maybe you can check with htkaki as he does sell some Klipsh speakers, not sure if he has what you want...

Sorry late reply but my friend already left the country. i was trying to get her a present but since i live up north i have to buy online but these dealers dont respond. Sibeh cheap if it is indeed SG750. I don't mind to get one for my son while I believe that YB rx330 will buy for his gym room and another for his sprawling bathroom.
