Abit background about myself, I have been for this weight for ages and I always want to lose weight, just that I did not have the determination and motivation to do so. All the while, it has been yoyo dieting that shows fast results but the weight gain is as quickly too. Thus, I'm looking for a long term weight loss program that I will stick to and hopefully maintain my weight in future.
I started my weight loss program (dieting and gym) beginning of October. Usually i tend to do mostly cardio work, as I'm not sure if I should do weights (any recommendations is great). But I thought cardio would be better for me now. I usually spend 1.5-2 hours in gym, 5-6 times a week if possible.
My stats are as below:
01/10/09
Height: 160 cm
Weight: 70 kg
31/10/09
Weight: 66.4 kg
My plans is to be less than 60 kg by end of this year. And hopefully, by mid of next year, I will reach my normal weight range.
Meal for 02/11/09
9 am - 1 Banana
1 pm - Chicken + Salad Roll
8 pm - Oat (with milk) + 5 pieces of Biscuits
10 pm - 1 Orange
Exercise for 02/11/09
6.30 pm - Boxfit (combination of boxing + fitness): 1 hour
7.30 pm - Walk on treadmill (Speed 6, Gradient 10-13): 30 minutes
