guys, when we using aplhanumeric mode, we use long tap for numbers right? but mine acting weirdly. say your hold '2', it will output 'a2'. in older nokia it will only output '2'. the same goes to all number. 'd3','g4' etc.

anyone experience this as well? FW 31.101.

secondly, if it java games, once u enable sound, try up the sound using volume button.

your home screen its stuck.i bet your 4 shortcuts also didn't work. you need to reset ur fon. for hacked fon, its simply of deleting a file > FAQ no 31. its cause by improper disconnection of mass storage mode or memory card removal.

↲Its nt simply put the file.u need to rename the vpm file to any garmin predefined filename.↲eg rename to japanese.vpm and chose japanese in garmin voice menu.

you just just copy the name of any voice file than you wont need say british. make sure you backup that replaced vpm in case something happen.

enable rompatcher open4all and try again.

note:you need to run rompatcher again every time you restart your fone ( or you can set which patch to autostart)

did you try to get a lock first? lock meaning get your position pinned down. it usual to get blank map with fresh garmin. please lock yourself first.
use AGPS if you in a hurry.

if you already have map from MFM, no need for base map. base map is basic world map.

it showing you in europe because it don't know where you are...
because you didn't get a lock.
now go out there on a clear sky and wait for a lock.

click on the signal bar > gps info. make sure you get 3d or 2d lock, at least.

what do mean by drive mode? you mean navigation - "in 100m, turn left"??

for this, you have to get a lock and click WHERE TO > Point of Interest (POI) and make a selection > GO.
