mmm.. ive done that... it seems now only orange and contact bar w/ numpad n add book is working lol..
the shortcut bar and basic isnt..

mm if i do a hard reset, all settings will go back to default right?

i think its probably error coz i did hv to restart the phone a couple times when i fixing the orange =/

my garmin now is loaded with msia maps. say i wanna add another country map. howd i go about it? i tried temporarily replacing the gmapsupp.img with another country but still doesnt seem to work...any idea?

1 map at a time ..

Tips ..
- If u often travel, u may keep the map as gmapsupp1.img, the just convert the name to gmapsupp.img .. for usage .. tats all ..

do u guy had face tis problem b4: suddenly the application that installed in memory card disappear. ( mean that don hav the icon in the application). Any solution? i had the installed folder but don hav the icon to start the application.

The FP method not working for me leh, copy the edited .txt into the C: liao and restart, but the camera still make sound no matter i use silence or disable the warning tone

Is this .SISX file doing the same as the manual method? if yes I sure it also won't work either

btw I'm on firmware v31.0.101 (maybe due to this?)

im on firmware v31.0.101, it wrks fine, set the WARNING TONE to OFF

i have tried installing killme and killed all apps. but still it says memory full when i wanna backup. any help pls?

I know why it's not working for me, for no reason after a reboot the .txt file that i copied into the C: gone to no where??
For the .sisx file try to install but it saying previledge limited by cert (my phone already hacked and rompatcher already enable) and the installer will stop at that point. Maybe no luck for me to use this mod

Wonder if I personally replace the camera sound file to an empty sound file will work or not

I need some help. How do you INSTALL the voice into ur phone?? Currently my Garmin only see 3 language. It'll not see any other voice i dump into it. How? I don't want to just rename the files with different voice, i want to add to the list. Pls help!

no installation. just put in in garmin> voice

you just download the .vpm file then put it into garmin/VOICE folder....
After that choose setting/audio and the desire dialect you want......
