ori as i know is 1 year only unless the shop got give u extra warranty i dunnolar..best u buy ori cos ori and ap price diff about RM 100 only

Zitron or Avaxx u can send to Nokia Centre (many places)
AP depends to ur shop or AP company

i can't go to any nokia authorized dealer to buy since far from my house.

u can buy ori anywhere from any phone shop. just ask for ori one. should have zitron or avaxx sticker label. and sirim also.

yup...
also got sticker inside phone, on battery , charger, headset and etc...
but i also sometimes doubt bcoz juz have sticker can we be sure its 'ori'? hmm.gif

if cant go nokia authorised centre try find trusted seller from LYN icon_rolleyes.gif

Buying from nokia will be more expensive. It's best to buy at trusted seller to get a cheaper rate.

how to do hard reset...is it dangerous??my 5800 have prob with application cert la...try to install Hello0X2 a few time but failed due to cert error.

Its not dangerous to hard reset,unless u got important thing inside ur phone. Backup it,hard reset just like reformat ur comp.

refer to fp for reset detailed guides and explanation...
always backup 1st using PC suite before reset...
