Oh Mah Sing is here again this year... had an on-the-spot interview with them 2 years back. They called me for a formal interview afterwards but rejected it. Found out the HQ is somewhere in Sg Buloh

A tip from me which I have used successfully during job fairs.
Get a list of exhibitors before the day.
Wear a fancy suit and a nametag. Go to the venue 30-45 mins earlier. Tell the security you are an exhibitor. Go in and you have beaten the crowd. Hunt down the companies you are interested first. That way you could get more exposure time and the exhibitors are usually fresh and more eager to entertain you.
Another tip from me.
Instead of printing out your resume and bringing a whole pile of certs, print a stack of business cards. On it state your name, contact numbers, email, your education/ job title and lastly your resume link online (to your website ideally).
When you are there exchange business cards with the reps there. Jot down notes behind their business cards for follow ups.
I have my resume posted online on my website in pdf form. This way I also know which company viewed my resume by looking at my website stats.
You give a better impression, save on paper and you know automatically which companies you gave your card to by checking the cards you get so that you can email them later to ask for status (cross ref with which company read your resume).
I had a very high success rate of getting interviews this way. Try it and tell me how it worked for you.
(Although I got my current job neither from job fair nor going for interview)
