Contents : RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO RM164,863,605 NOMINAL VALUE OF THREE (3)-YEAR 4% IRREDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE SECURED LOAN STOCKS (“ICSLS”) AT 100% OF ITS NOMINAL VALUE TOGETHER WITH UP TO 219,818,140 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS (“WARRANTS”) ON THE BASIS OF FIFTEEN (15) RM0.10 NOMINAL VALUE OF ICSLS TOGETHER WITH TWO (2) FREE WARRANTS FOR EVERY TEN (10) ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.10 EACH IN SGB Group Bhd ("SGB") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 16 NOVEMBER 2009 ("RIGHTS ISSUE").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Rights Issue" ]
as from : [ 12 November 2009 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 16 November 2009 ]

3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 15/25 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.

b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 10% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.

c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 15/25 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.


Do i still entitled to the rights? I don't really how rights work!
