QUOTE(Ichighost @ Nov 2 2009, 11:01 PM) Debt is okey as long as they got systematic plan of payment...maybe will take years..but the bank benefit from the interest... Eg. Arsenal debt is tied for 20 years(if not mistaken) with Emirates stadium QUOTE(solstice818 @ Nov 2 2009, 11:27 PM) Chelsea's debt although largest sum of all top 4, it's actually personal loan from RA with zero interest.Safer than the rest. If RA goes Bankrupt, Chelsea will be in deep trouble

I'm amaze by that guy slow-ness in grabbing the idea of Chelsea's debt. QUOTE(yhtan @ Nov 3 2009, 04:56 AM) If RA goes Bankrupt, Chelsea will be in deep trouble You mean, if he lost all his 8 billion dollar? Right. This post has been edited by anembor: Nov 3 2009, 06:21 AM

We've seen institutions with higher net worth go broke before, so you can never discount the possibility. Of course, he's in O & G so he's pretty much got his arse secured for the next century.
