Hi all, new to LYN forums

Not sure how to introduce myself but anyways just an average Blazblue Player.

Sounds like you all had a lot of fun during outing @_@. Btw, i never see you guys play BB online D: (well except fran and sai) must be bad timing ;o.

Its that different O_O? Didn't notice too much difference when swapping between online and lan except in certain cases >_<.

Hmmm we still have those occasional times where somehow everyone is online.....its better we try to arrange one before hand though i think @_@

Been a boring week...can't seem to find anyone to vs online @_@. Anyone wanna have a 1v1?

Wait...litchi is now higher than bang on the tier list o_O? I thought she was still 1 notch lower with ragna and whatnot considering that bang has 5.5k punisher comboes and ashura now.....@_@

Hey guys...since BB:CS is still a while away anybody wanna try an online tourney Gamefaq's style? I think we might just have enough ppl to pull it off.

Oh yeah i forgot to ask...how would you guys like to hold the tournament?

Decide the date and time yourselves and hold your matches individually or gather everyone on one day to vs?

All right....with the addition of sus and kaj_ we finally have the minimum required no. of ppl for the tourney (10) though i was hoping for 12 @_@. Gonna post some of the rules soon.

Hmmm Sai i don't think he'd mind though matches with him seem to be rare......doesnt' accept matches often O_O.

Hmm about kaj_....vsed him 2nd time with cosmi and sus ;D. Real defensive....but despite that it's wierd that he never does a wakeup DP.

if reis and quaz joins we gonna have 12 woooo (can i get confirmation on that?) btw fran is joining already.

Rules are......
-Tournament will be in Double elimination format
-No unlimited chars
-No changing chars between rounds/matches *EXCEPTION: If you are hardcore enough to play as random every single round*
-Each fight will be held in 3 rounds/2 matches style for 6 rounds total
-No easy specials...
-Astrals allowed

EDIT: Could you guys post which char you gonna use?

Now i just need confirmation on Reis and Quaz before randomising placements.....ALSO do you guys wanna do the matches invididually or we set on a weekend or something with everyone in the chatroom?

Hmmm i'm not too sure as to why exactly all 12 team templates online are formed like that....@_@ that being said 12 ain't a power of 2 number sooooo....yeah its wierd. Gonna check if there's alternate means

And that matchup list is *assuming* reis and quaz are in will reform if not confirmed @_@.

EDIT: It seems that there isn't *any* fair combinations with 12 ppl soooo how bout this...we'll hold qualifiers for the 2nd lvl brackets and then randomise.

Hmmm i suppose if 4 more ppl could be gathered it would work out...(more variety and competition; table autofix as well) also max capacity for chat room too !

Hmm interesting suggestions btw sora what exactly do you mean by seperating into groups and taking out the best to fight?

What i intend to do is use this software to maintain a ranking list though for his forum so that we can maintain a record between competitions.

Also, I propose a swiss-system style tournament to ensure fairness for a tourney with even numbers so even if quaz and reis does not join we still won't have to change anything. In the event that someone has an overwhelming lead we can further fix this by holding single-elimination among the top scorers.

It shouldn't take too long as well if we go by each person takes (in the worst case scenario 4min per match) * (24 matches) we won't go over 2hrs.

An added bonus to this is that no one will be eliminated and get a chance to vs everyone too

EDIT: I shall be posting up pics of such a matchup later (one with reis and quaz & one without) btw SUS try to drag reis in!!!! @_@ will be more fun ;o
