Well, to be honest I literally think most of the characters are easy to learn and understand them.
It's just how much effort you put into learning the character.
Even characters like Carl or so, it's basically how you play a guessing game with your opponent.
Make them think that they should do this and that, if you can tell what's he/she gonna do the victor is the obvious.

And I've yet to get back my game from my friend plus I'm playing Demon's Souls and 40th day like crazy now.
Mana reis ? Since he wanted me to tell him when I got Demon's Souls lol.

I can't recall who mains Hakumen but I do recall seeing 0 plays fairly well in CT, never seen him in CS though.
The only reason I remember him is because his Order Sol > Kaqn's lol.

There's hardly any vids of him as well.
