Just bought the game... And the time my character died was countless... The 1-2 dungeon I have to retry like 10 times.. Tried to level up so much in only in this level alone.. In soul form most of the time... Dun bother to get into body form..

Btw, I use the R2 server... Its still on... Got quite a number of white souls... And make me dun feel so lonely and less scary.. Blood stain can be in very unexpected places which is very funny sometimes... But, still feel abit goose bumpy when I meet the boss though... They feel so powerful I reallly got no confident to beat them at all.. First time I feel so powerless.. I have to even youtube... sigh...

currently level up like no tomorrow.. Lol.. The tower knight just aim the leg... the spider... Just keep moving forward... Untill u reach a wider space... Keep fire ur arrow or level ur spear high enough and keep poking it.. Will die very soon... Quite easy.. But need allot of healing item..

Using Knight is good.. But seriously the armor is too clunky... After some time I change his attire into a lighter one.. Which is better... The knight with spears.. Use fire spells... Will die very quick...

I can never get too careful... Especially not knowing where the red eye is and attract him to charge over to you... Lol... But, the thing is the bosses took a long time to experiment...Athough Getting the hang of it.. But still needed some guide... Lol.. And thanks for the mention of WT... I did not realise about it... but I got no confidence in winning others when invading them...

Actually it pretty much depends on what you like.. Just like how I detested Red Dead Redemption.. The vast world it gives just doesn't suits me.. The plot and activities bore me to oblivion so I had to stop it after 20 hours of playtime...Unable to carry on no matter how much I tried.. But you know its just me not liking the wild wild west..

For demons souls.. Well, here comes a short essay.. Lol...

At first I can't really accept the character designs at all, but well, since I will be hiding under the helmet throughout the whole game then I see no problem... And helmet is important for newbie else its hard to survive... So is the rest of your armor.. Clunky or not..

Anyway, the reason for me to like this game is because the gameplay is very good... It actually depicts more on the battle in reality... And you really need skills to play this game.. Its not just simple mindless hack and slash.. Also sometimes when you want to go back to a dungeon you really have to remember which spots is strategic to defeat the creature, their pattern and how to do so..

Moreover, The boss fights, I mean those hard ones are gruesome... Lol.. When you look at those boss you will go "God, how am I suppose to beat it".. But, after some trial and error, when you finally defeated it... I can't began to tell how gratifying it is..

So in short, these process in the game is the factor that makes a whole new experience for the gamers.. Its like you really have your own style in the demon soul realm, where once you found it its pretty easy which I think is what most of us find it rewarding..

Besides, I like the idea how hard it was but at the same time not cheap.. Like i said if you know your way you can survive that harsh world people created and be the king... Plus, I love how overwhelming those bosses make me feel... For me those feelings are beyond word..

Oh and before I forget, if you always log on to online mode, its funny the way other players will leave message either to help u, trick u, or just joking using a few pre-set words in the midst of the dark world... And sometimes, the way they dies is really really funny...

So yeap, just try it out yourself.. If you do not like it.. Then I guess its just not your type of game..

Not really though... you can ask them to help you out by summoning them using blue eye stone.. but thats that...

well, there will be a stone you will inevitably obtain after fighting the first demon boss.. But you will get many of them in later stages.. You can use the stone to get summon by other random people whom were in the form of white souls running around.. So if you want your friend to summon you you will have to ask them to wait at the same place as you.. And They can choose to touch the sign or not to touch.. Because I saw a sign before but I was a newbie so I dare not go and touch the word..The max players you can get in one session is 2 person not including you..

Then there is red eye stone.. This stone is for others to invade you or when you sees it you can invade others.. Here you can kill your online opponent..

The other stone for you to become a red phantom and invade others forcefully is by using the black eye stone..

Oh FYI different region log in to different server..

There is more to this in demon souls.. There is this slightly complicated stuff called pure white to pure black world tendancy which I have yet to explore and figure out untill I am ready for it.. Some of the players here are pro... Maybe they can help when you want to try it..
