it's muscle alright  mine is perky  u shud b proud coz u have muscle boobs.. then u can move ur boobs by itself |

nope, i dont think so, it is not usual to have lump due to muscle, better u should check with ur doct...most probably it is a fibroadenoma, but, who know, it could be cancer also....

First of all, u need to feel it again. When you're in a shower, apply soap around your chest area, raise one arm above you head and use the other hand to feel around. Use circular movements and go through every inch of your chest area systematically.
If your housemate is still able to help you, the way to check is to lie down flat on the bed with one or both arm raise above your head. Then your housemate can check by pressing on your chest using circular movement. This post has been edited by barista: Nov 1 2009, 03:50 PM |

Every breast lump, painful or painless, have to be investigated, go to the hospital and get it checked before it is too late. There's nothing to be shy about. Better be safe than sorry.

Lump = mobile, painless, young age, regular margin => probably fibroadenoma..
doc will do ultrasound scan of your breast to confirm it.. then, they will do small incision and remove it.. fibroadenoma is not really dangerous.. but if it may growth bigger.. that when the complications tend to occur.. ulcerated etc.. Get the professional consultation, see the doc.. Wish u pink of health..  |
