Hello all expert here, I need a help from you guys. Hope you can give a hand.

Was planning to sell that apartment, but there is a query on renting the apartment.
Question is, how much should I rent? I'm not from Ipoh so I don't really know the rental around that area.

Than you have to find out....don't you?
Than after that, calculate your cash outflow on that property and assuming you're receiving rental, do you have positive cash flow?

currently paying nearly RM1500 for loan and maintenance fee.
I doubt the rental can cover them. Just trying to minimizing losses and in the meanwhile, waiting for the value to rise, if I'm going to rent it out.
