Hello all expert here, I need a help from you guys. Hope you can give a hand.
Referring to this thread: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1203381 Was planning to sell that apartment, but there is a query on renting the apartment. Question is, how much should I rent? Than you have to find out....don't you?
Than after that, calculate your cash outflow on that property and assuming you're receiving rental, do you have positive cash flow? |
