if for rental can consider JB.....

add RM80K get this one MAYTOWER studio's easily can fetch u RM2100 rental

saw ad today, Maytower can still get at RM250k, but i think it could have been sold the moment it was posted, good luck

for rental: consider places near to commercial and unversities.... maybe sg long area....

for stay: places like putra heights are still less than 300k for a decent landed property

never prefer those near uni, those kid hv the tendency to neglect the upkeep of the condo,u will hv hard time doing maintenance work.

Its in sunway... its on ur right hand side if u r coming from LDP sunway toll towards PJ direction.. dont think there is a connectivity direct from puchong jaya to taylor's college..

any cheap house around there for investment ? lets say 150K +/-.
