Warranty: Brand new original sticker, WYSIWYG Dealing method: Postage - 1. Snail Mail (Free), 2. 2. For COD, buyer need to deposit 10% amount of the item value to avoid FFK, it will be refund if the deal is cancel under both party agreement and it will be non-refundable if buyer FFK.
3. When COD, buyer will have time to inspect the item's condition, once buyer paid, it consider buyer agree with the item condition and there will no dispute afterward.
4. For postage, buyer need to bank in full amount+deliver fee in advance, then only the items will be sent through courier service and tracking number will be provided.
4.1 The items will be packed in correct packaging method to prevent any damage during deliver, a picture of the package will be taken before the parcel is sent, this is to ensure the items is in the condition as stated in thread. However any damage/missing during delivery, please claim the damage/missing from the courier company, I'm not responsible for any damage/missing during delivery.
4.2 For the items which are shipped through normal post / snail mail, buyer will need to bear the risk of item lost, any damage/missing during delivery, please claim the damage/missing from the courier company.
4.3 If the item was shipped during the eve of weekend (e.g. Friday), please do consider that the courier company may / may not shipped the item during weekend, please counted the waiting day following working day (not calender day)
4.4 It is out of seller control to promise when the item will be arrived, it is subject to the courier company standard, if you need the item urgent, please chose your preferable courier company by paying extra for it (e.g. DHL, UPS, etc)
5. Items that's still under warranty are to be claimed by buyer themselves from the respective distributor or retailer at their own cost.
6. Items that do not carry any shop warranty, unless specified, or else by default it will be given 2 days standard personal warranty (Counted from the day buyer received the item). Personal warranty excluding wear & tear, self damage,e.g.
-Physical damage, burn mark.
-Spoilt due to overclocking.
-Incorrect BIOS/Firmware flashing causing unusable.
-Buyer usage problem,e.g. overlimit usage,etc.
7. In order to claim personal warranty, buyer need to provide detail information on how the item spoilt, under which kind of situation and it must be reasonable, or else the warranty will be voided.
8. For items that are eligible for personal warranty, full amount of the value will be refunded once buyer sent the item back to seller, buyer and seller share the deliver fee evenly and the included items must be complete, or else warranty voided.
9. Do ask me directly if you have any doubts.
