I think it's about counting your sperms based on certain amount of semen you provided. Maybe also the health of the sperms.
Nothing you can't do with just a microscope & abacus.

You can bring some aerobic videos & watch.
There's a constant you need to put in the calculation, research has shown that sperm count from self service & intercourse is different where intercouse provides more sperm counts. |
