hi sirknightnoi, basically u can go back to the place u bought your Logitech products. If your item is still under the warranty period, u should be able to claim warranty for free.

else u can walk into any computer shop (that are selling Logitech products) to ask whether or not they can help u to claim warranty/ send-for-service. of course, they will charge u some service fees, if the price is reasonable & convenient for u, then u can consider this option.

Just unboxed the G400 and took it for a run in a few games, love the build and the sensitivity; lighter than MX518 and has a lot more customizable options for DPI.
