Really? That's the best reply you can come up with?

I know this is not a market-problem related thread, but i'll try anyway:

Since Monday I cannot complete a download from Market. I am also unable to connect to GTalk from the app on the phone. I logged into web Gmail using this account and I was able to log in. GTalk app just keeps telling me "Could not connect to server. Will retry shortly." There is no problem with connectivity as it will show a different msg if there's no connection. Everything works fine on my phone, except Market (and GTalk).

I've tried clearing cache for Market, GTalk and GMail. But still unable to complete a download. It's stuck at 'starting download....' but download never starts.

I've tried factory data reset. The situation is still the same. No GTalk, no Market. I'm on CM6.1.1 with the old market. But I don't think that should be a problem, am I right?

I'm primarily on WiFi, and the GMail in my phone was able to retrieve mails from this google account, but as my post have stated, download never starts in Market.

So, what went wrong? I'll only flash back to stock ROM as a last resort.

EDIT:
I also remembered that the whole issue started when i tried to install Chomp thru the web Market. After I clicked 'install' on the web market, i wait for a while, opened market on my phone and it appeared under 'downloads' as 'free'. So I thought maybe need to manually click install. But the install never started. The rest of my downloads never started as well.

EDIT 2: [RESOLVED] {open back]
WiFi at my campus blocked Market access. Connected to WiFi at some mamak place and everything works fine.

EDIT3: Ok it seems I'm the only one who kena. My friend doesn't seem to have this issue. Now It's starting to look like it's the phone. Any ideas?
