You don't need any app for that..You just need to slot the SIM inside and setup the APN settings AFAIK

It uses SIM card right? Take out the SIM and put it in the tablet's SIM slot..I don't think there is any 3rd party software yet for the tablets..I may be wrong though..You can call the HuaWei or Celcom boys for further details about this..

No..you don't need to change anything..Usually jsut restart your device and you will see it..Still, not all users are applicable yet..It depends on the market version that you are using too..I'm using custom market and mine shows USD..I chose that myself
