Starting from 01/06/10 June, shipment for all clothes and bags are collected in advance, we will weight your items again when it arrive to get the actual weight, any balance will be refund to your a/c (Maybank / public bank / Cimb) , if the actual shipment cost is more than what you paid, u need to top up to our a/c. We will let u know the actual item weight when the item reach us, then we see the difference between actual shipment cost and estimated shipment cost, if got any difference either we refund u or u need to top up
