Today one customer also brought back his lycosa mirror to my shop for RMA. Key E cant work

No, it is hardware failure.

Want to get, better get arctosa la. Lycosa's light will dimm over time one. Just now the customer's one I see quite dimmed d wor although in lighted room. Hard to see the keys.
