Everdying mate, you've tested the Megasoma? Any review coming up?
Or have I been absent for too long and you've done it already?

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Nov 9 2009, 06:15 PM)
based on everdying's opinion..its smoother than exactmat
*
yea, its pretty smooth.
i dont have my exactmat anymore, so i was just going from memory that it felt faster.
its definitely faster than the goliathus.

just that the surface feels pretty much like very fine sandpaper.

mamba jitter should be fixed with new firmware.
cos even orochi and naga also i didnt encounter any jitter, and that was on my goliathus.

its only 3 buttons, with those dpi / polling switches at the bottom as on the salmosa.
just with the newer optical sensor, guess should be priced around RM170.

looking at the dimensions, it really looks like just an upgraded salmosa with just a slightly higher hump and of cos different design abit la.
im staying away from this, until a symmetrical one with side buttons comes out.

high sens DAv2
low sens DAv1
but more dpi customization go for DAv2 can last you long enuff
*
who said u cant use DA refresh with low sens?
and who said DA v1 is only for low sens?

thats why u can adjust dpi and windows sensitivity.

want to know DA 1 or DA2? which one wroth it? the price between rm30? ppl sell DA 1 for rm 170 2nd hand, buy or not buy? 3500dpi and 1800dpi got big diff? im not a hardcore gamer =p
*
if not hardcore gamer, then why do u want to spend so much on a mouse?
got other cheaper options also.
but between those 2, DA1 has of cos been discontinued so wats in stores is the last of them.

kingsurf is under team razer.

and ffs, do u know how to read?
that guy said he UPDATED the firmware and no more jitter.
he doesnt mention anything about enabling acceleration to get rid of jitter, all it says is somehow positive acceleration crept in after he updated the firmware to v1.07 due to the dpi scaling.
and ffs, if u check razerzone v1.08 has replaced dpi scaling with a new algorithm.

i think im going to put u on ignore now.

yes windows 7.
but vista 32-bit / 64-bit should be able to work on Windows 7 what?
shouldn't have an compatibility issues ...but apparently its not compatible.
So will Razer be coming out with W7 firmware?
i hope its soon cuz my lachesis on-the-fly sensitivity does not show on screen what dpi ive changed to and cursor jumping issues.
*
if firmware update on win7 doesnt work, another option of cos is to upgrade the firmware to v1.91 using a PC that has xp / vista installed.
on-the-fly doesnt show what dpi the mouse is on, if ur talking about the dpi switch...then u have to go by feel.
afterall its not hard to distinguish between 500 or 2000 dpi by feel.
